Her approach to convening groups is inclusive, draws on the wisdom of nature, and allows people to bring their full selves into the circle.   The effects of this approach are transformative.  Kaylynn has the capacity to empower a group to create a powerful space for healing and forming deep relationships.”

- Matt Kolan, naturalist and educator

My passion for intersections where the edges of cultures and ideas meet has been expressed in all aspects of my work. Through the development of Seven Directions PracticeŽ and my work with humans and nature, it is that passion that sustains my ability and desire to:

  • Employ connections to the natural world as a means to expand consciousness and reveal collaborative possibilities.

  • Utilize the possibility that exists in the tension of misunderstanding.

  • Build capacity to use tension as a generative force for positive action on issues that matter in diverse settings, communities and collaborations.

  • Increase capacity for utilizing relationship to enhance diversity and creativity.

  • Provide relational and organic frameworks for engagement and enhanced dialogue.

  • Expand an essential awareness of our own ways of being and understanding the world around us to increase our ability to see relationship within specific problems or situations.

She has an uncanny ability to wake me up!  Kaylynn does not argue, she directly challenges the most fundamental structures upon which my mind inflates itself.  Once I give in, I am in the embrace of my own wild nature and my purpose is crystal clear.”
